Before We Started
The homeowner originally began clearing the property by removing several trees, which resulted in a large accumulation of brush, logs, stumps, and debris. Our Solution
The homeowner reached out to CMS Property Professionals to complete the project. Our team developed a plan to efficiently transform the area into a clean, functional, and visually appealing outdoor space.
We began by bringing in a brush mower to clear the thick undergrowth and create access for larger equipment. Once the area was accessible, we used an excavator to remove stumps and further open the site for machinery operations.
Next, our lift was utilized to selectively remove trees, allowing more sunlight to reach the property and creating ideal conditions for healthy grass growth. We then brought in our chipper and dump trailers to process and remove brush and debris that was unsuitable for firewood.
After the debris was cleared, CMS used a root rake to thoroughly clean the area, followed by re-grading and soil conditioning to prepare the site for grass seed and future landscaping.
